14         On page 5, line 27, through page 6, line 10, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:

18         Section 4.  Subsection (4) is added to section

19  240.1163, Florida Statutes, to read:

20         240.1163  Joint dual enrollment and advanced placement

21  instruction.--

22         (4)  The Commissioner of Education may approve dual

23  enrollment agreements for limited course offerings that have

24  statewide appeal. Such programs shall be limited to a single

25  site with multiple county participation.
