11  Senator Hargrett moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 3, line 26, after the period,

15

16  insert:  Each protocol must contain specific procedures to

17  address any unforeseen allergic reactions to an immunization.

18  A pharmacist may not enter into a protocol unless he or she

19  maintains at least $200,000 of professional liability

20  insurance and has completed any training in immunizations

21  which is required by the board.
