14         On page 239, between lines 27 and 28, of the bill

15

16  insert:

17         Section 303.  Subsection (6) is added to section

18  465.0276, Florida Statutes, to read:

19         465.0276  Dispensing practitioner.--

20         (6)  A person may not be registered as a dispensing

21  practitioner until the person demonstrates to her or his

22  professional licensing board that she or he has successfully

23  completed 30 hours of postsecondary education in the practice

24  of pharmacy relating to the dispensing of medicinal drugs in

25  an accredited college of medicine or pharmacy located in this

26  state. Any person licensed on the effective date of this

27  subsection must demonstrate her or his compliance with this

28  subsection on or before July 1, 1999.
