13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 178, lines 3-5, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 232.  Subsections (2) and (5) of section

18  455.564, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:

19         455.564  Department; general licensing provisions.--

20         (2)  Before the issuance of any license, the department

21  may charge an initial license fee as determined by rule of the

22  applicable board or, if no such board exists, by rule of the

23  department.  Upon receipt of the appropriate license fee, the

24  department shall issue a license to any person certified by

25  the appropriate board, or its designee, as having met the

26  licensure requirements imposed by law or rule. The license

27  shall consist of a wallet-size identification card, a 3-inch

28  by 5-inch certificate, and an 8 1/2-inch by 13-inch wall

29  certificate suitable for conspicuous display.
