17 Section 9. Subsection (1) of section 455.661, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 455.661 Designated health care services; licensure
20 required.--
21 (1) An entity, as defined in s. 455.654, which
22 furnishes clinical laboratory services, diagnostic-imaging
23 services, or radiation therapy services designated health
24 care services may not operate in this state unless licensed by
25 the Agency for Health Care Administration pursuant to
26 subsection (2).
