  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the judiciary; providing

  3         legislative intent to provide insurance

  4         benefits to judicial branch; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to provide

10  insurance benefits to judges and justices of the state.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
