15 On page 1, line 26, through page 2, line 4, delete
16 those lines

18 and insert:
19 (2) A person who violates this section commits a
20 misdemeanor of the first degree for the first violation,
21 punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s.
22 775.084.
23 (3) A person who violates this section and who has
24 been previously convicted or adjudicated delinquent of any
25 violation of this section commits a felony of the third
26 degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or
27 s. 775.084.
28 (4) For purposes of this section, a person has been
29 previously convicted or adjudicated delinquent of a violation
30 of this section if the violation resulted in a conviction
31 sentenced separately, or an adjudication of delinquency
