13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 3, lines 25-27, delete those lines

16  and insert:  meets the requirements of this paragraph and who

17  is certified annually by the district to have demonstrated

18  satisfactory teaching performance pursuant to s. 231.29 and to

19  have qualified for the performance-based pay incentive

20  pursuant to s. 230.23. The annual bonus may be paid as a

21  single payment or divided into not more than three payments.
