14         On page 3, lines 12-18, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (b)  A portfolio-preparation incentive of $150 for each

18  teacher employed by the district school board or a public

19  school within the district who is participating in the NBPTS

20  certification program. The portfolio-preparation incentive is

21  a one-time award paid during the school year for which the

22  NBPTS fee subsidy is provided.
