14         On page 5, lines 2-4, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         Section 3.  The judges filling new offices created by

18  this act shall be elected in the nonpartisan elections held in

19  1998 and shall take office on the first Tuesday after the

20  first Monday in January 1999.
