14 On page 9, between lines 17 and 18,

16 insert:
17 Section 2. Paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section
18 222.21, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 222.21 Exemption of pension money and retirement or
20 profit-sharing benefits from legal processes.--
21 (2)(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b), any money
22 or other assets payable to a participant or beneficiary from,
23 or any interest of any participant or beneficiary in, a
24 retirement or profit-sharing plan that is qualified under s.
25 401(a), s. 403(a), s. 403(b), s. 408, s. 408A, or s. 409 of
26 the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, is exempt from
27 all claims of creditors of the beneficiary or participant.
