11  Senator Holzendorf moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 5, lines 13-22, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (1)  From the funds appropriated in Specific

18  Appropriations 361, Grants and Aid - Community Substance Abuse

19  Services, and 1892, Grants and Aid - WAGES Coalitions, the

20  Department of Children and Family Services and the WAGES

21  Program State Board of Directors, in consultation with the

22  Department of Labor and Employment Security, shall provide a

23  substance-abuse-treatment program for a person who fails a

24  drug test conducted under this act and is eligible to receive

25  temporary assistance or services under the WAGES Program. The

26  Department of Children and Family Services shall provide for a

27  retest at the end of the treatment period. Failure to pass the

28  retest will result in the termination of temporary assistance

29  or services provided under chapter 414, Florida Statutes, and

30  of any right to appeal the termination. Implementation of this

31  project is subject to the availability of funding.
