  2         An act relating to the Minority Business

  3         Advocacy and Assistance Office; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise the powers and

  5         duties of that office.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  revise the powers and duties of the Minority Business Advocacy

11  and Assistance Office created by section 287.09451, Florida

12  Statutes.
