15         In title, on page 1, lines 2 through 8, delete those

16  lines

18  and insert:

19         An act restricting to specified criminal

20         provisions the applicability provision of s. 64

21         of ch. 95-228, Laws of Florida, relating to

22         offenses against children, which was

23         inadvertently attributed to the entire act;

24         providing legislative findings and intent;

25         providing for retroactivity; providing an

26         effective date.
