15         On page 2, lines 15-18, delete those lines

17  and insert:  county, provided that the interlocal agreement

18  establishing the distribution formula shall exclude

19  distribution to eligible municipalities of those proceeds

20  derived from the 1 cent per gallon levy on motor fuel sold

21  within such county, as authorized by this paragraph, and which

22  is used for homeless assistance programs countywide pursuant

23  to subsection (9). If no interlocal
