  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to educational facilities;

  3         declaring legislative intent with respect to

  4         hurricane preparedness; providing an effective

  5         date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  study the issue of, and take action necessary for the

11  improvement of, hurricane preparedness for educational

12  facilities.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
