13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 88, lines 26 and 27, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 33.  A total of $1,063,900 in recurring General

18  Revenue Funds is appropriated in Special Categories - Grants

19  and Aids - Contracted Services in the Department of Juvenile

20  Justice for D-FY-IT Drug Free Youth in Town, a drug prevention

21  program for youth in schools, and for Miami Love Youth At Risk

22  Program, a prevention program for youth at risk of delinquent

23  behavior, and for Grants in Aid to local governments and

24  nonprofit organizations - Uleta Park Community Center.

25         Section 34.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

26  law, except that section 33 of this act shall take effect July

27  1, 1998.
