15 On page 88, between lines 25 and 26,

17 insert:
18 Section 33. A total of $1,063,900 in recurring General
19 Revenue Funds is appropriated in Special Categories - Grants
20 and Aids - Contracted Services in the Department of Juvenile
21 Justice for D-FY-IT Drug Free Youth in Town, a drug prevention
22 program for youth in schools, and for Miami Love Youth At Risk
23 Program, a prevention program for youth at risk of delinquent
24 behavior, and for Grants in Aid to local governments and
25 nonprofit organizations - Uleta Park Community Center.
26 Section 34. The sum of $200,000 is appropriated from
27 the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Elderly Affairs
28 for the provision of essential home health care services to
29 senior citizens in Dade County by United Home Health Care, a
30 not-for-profit corporation. This is a nonrecurring
31 appropriation for fiscal year 1998-1999.
