14         On page 114, after line 31,

16  insert:

17         Section 59.  Subsection (1) of section 205.0535,

18  Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

19         205.0535  Reclassification and rate structure

20  revisions.--

21         (1)  By October 1, 1995, any municipality or county

22  may, by ordinance, reclassify businesses, professions, and

23  occupations and may establish new rate structures, if the

24  conditions specified in subsections (2) and (3) are met.  A

25  person who is engaged in the business of providing local

26  exchange telephone service or a pay telephone service in a

27  municipality or in the unincorporated area of a county and who

28  pays the occupational license tax under the category

29  designated for telephone companies or a pay telephone service

30  provider certified pursuant to s. 364.3375 is deemed to have

31  but one place of business or business location in each
