13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, lines 9-13, delete those lines

16  and insert:  Section 1.  The Board of Medicine shall adopt

17  rules to establish practice guidelines for physicians to

18  safely prescribe phentermine, fenfluramine, and other drugs

19  used to treat obesity.

24         On page 1, lines 2-5, delete those lines

26  and insert:  An act relating to drug safety; requiring the

27  Board of Medicine to establish guidelines for physicians to

28  prescribe certain drugs used to treat obesity; providing an

29  effective date.
