11  Senator Latvala moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 42, lines 6-13, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  remove affected soils, if any.  Costs incurred by

17  an owner or operator for such response actions, up to a

18  maximum of $10,000 in the aggregate for all spills at a single

19  facility, shall be credited to the owner or operator against

20  the future gross receipts tax set forth in s. 376.70 and, in

21  the case of a wholesale supply facility, against the future

22  tax on production or importation of perchloroethylene, as set

23  forth in s. 376.75.
