18         Section 16.  The $4,000,000 appropriated from the

19  General Revenue Fund Specific Appropriation 1727 for

20  Brownfield Redevelopment in the Conference Report on House

21  Bill 4201 is hereby reduced by $1 million and the $1 million

22  is to cover the cost of tax credit provisions authorized by

23  this act.
