13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 2, between lines 29 and 30,

16  insert:

17         (7)  Under procedures established by the department,

18  each recipient of the distribution described in this section

19  may elect to return the distribution and designate the

20  application of the $50 to the state for one of the following

21  uses:

22         (a)  education;

23         (b)  children's health care;

24         (c)  criminal justice; or

25         (d)  roads.
