13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 22, lines 28-31, and on page 23, lines 1-13,

15  delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         Section 9.  Until the minimum criteria for a public

19  school facilities element adopted for purposes of imposition

20  of school concurrency, as required by section 163.3180(13),

21  Florida Statutes, are in effect, the state land planning

22  agency shall utilize the minimum criteria for a public school

23  facilities element adopted for purposes of imposition of

24  school concurrency contained in the Final Report and Consensus

25  Text by the Department of Community Affairs Public School

26  Construction Working Group, dated March 9, 1998, in any

27  compliance review of any such element.
