13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, lines 24 and 25,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  The license of each physician licensed

18  under chapter 458 or chapter 459 shall permanently expire

19  within 8 years after the effective date of this act.

25  And the title is amended as follows:

26         On page 1, line 6, after the semicolon,

28  insert:

29         providing for permanent expiration of licenses

30         held by medical physicians and osteopathic

31         physicians;
