11  Senator Dudley moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, line 24, through

15            page 2, line 8, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:

18         Section 1.  (1)  This act does not apply to any public

19  easement, including any public right-of-way. This act applies

20  to all perimeter easements and to all bisecting easements,

21  except those necessary to retain legal access to the nearest

22  public road right-of-way, in each of the Golden Gate Estates

23  subdivisions, which easements were reserved, dedicated,

24  conveyed, or otherwise created by the Gulf American

25  Corporation, the Central Bank and Trust Company, the Gulf

26  American Corporation Properties, Inc., or the Avatar

27  Properties, Inc.  Most, if not all, of these perimeter

28  easements are 30 feet wide.  Most, if not all, of these

29  bisecting easements are 60 feet wide.  Most, if not all, of

30  these easements were "reserved" by one or more of the

31  above-listed entities between 1961 and 1969, and include all

  1  of the easements that are referred to in that "release"

  2  recorded in O.R. Book 1059, Page 631, or referred to in that

  3  "release" recorded in O.R. Book 1082, Page 326, Official

  4  Records of Collier County.

  5         (2)  All such perimeter easements and all such

  6  bisecting easements, except those necessary to retain legal

  7  access to the nearest public road right-of-way, shall be

  8  extinguished and be void as of
