  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; re-creating the

  3         Working Capital Trust Fund within the state

  4         courts system without modification; carrying

  5         forward current balances and continuing current

  6         sources and uses thereof; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9         WHEREAS, the Legislature wishes to extend the life of

10  the Working Capital Trust Fund within the state courts system,

11  which is otherwise scheduled to be terminated pursuant to

12  constitutional mandate, and

13         WHEREAS, the Legislature has reviewed the Working

14  Capital Trust Fund within the state courts system before its

15  scheduled termination date and has found that it continues to

16  meet an important public purpose, and

17         WHEREAS, the Legislature has found that existing public

18  policy concerning the Working Capital Trust Fund within the

19  state courts system sets adequate parameters for its use, NOW,

20  THEREFORE,

22  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

24         Section 1.  The Working Capital Trust Fund within the

25  state courts system, SAMAS number 222792, which is to be

26  terminated pursuant to Section 19(f), Article III of the State

27  Constitution on November 4, 2000, is re-created.

28         Section 2.  All current balances of the Working Capital

29  Trust Fund within the state courts system are carried forward,

30  and all current sources and uses of the trust fund are

31  continued.

  1         Section 3.  This act shall take effect November 4,

  2  2000.
