17 Section 18. Within Medicaid Services, all assignments
18 to managed care which are mandatory shall be made to pre-paid
19 health plans rather than the Medi-Pass Program. The agency
20 shall calculate and report to the Chairman of Senate Ways and
21 Means Committee and the House Council for Fiscal
22 Responsibility all savings resulting from this assignment and
23 shall hold all funds in a department reserve account during
24 fiscal year 1998-1999.
