14         On page 28, between lines 5 and 6,

17         Section 9.  Section 414.25, Florida Statutes, is

18  amended to read:

19         Section 414.25, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

20         414.25  Exemption from leased real property

21  requirements.--In order to facilitate implementation of this

22  chapter with respect to establishing jobs and benefits

23  offices, the Department of Labor and Employment Security and

24  the Department of Children and Family Services are exempt from

25  the requirements of s. 255.25 which relate to the procurement

26  of leased real property. This exemption expires June 30, 2000

27  1998.
