11  Senator Harris moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 13, line 13, after the period

15

16  insert:  Positions associated with operation of WAGES Program

17  functions that will be transferred to local WAGES coalitions

18  must be vacated within 60 days after transfer of such

19  functions and placed in reserve by the Executive Office of the

20  Governor.  When positions have been vacated, funds associated

21  with those positions are to be transferred to local WAGES

22  coalitions to support operation of the transferred functions.

23  The amount of funds provided to each local WAGES coalition

24  will be determined by an allocation formula to be developed by

25  the State WAGES Board.
