14         Amendment to Amendment (243299) 

15         On page 77, line 14, after the period of the amendment

16

17  insert:  However, the office may seek legislative approval

18  through the budget amendment process contained in chapter 216

19  to receive budget authority in excess of the amount

20  appropriated in the current fiscal year.  Nothing contained in

21  this paragraph shall give the office authority to provide

22  annual refund claims in excess of the amount appropriated for

23  such annual claims for tax refunds by businesses.
