14 On page 104, between lines 11 and 12, of the amendment

16 insert:
17 Section 57. Funds provided in Specific Appropriation
18 1355A for a Vessel Tracking Information System for the Tampa
19 Bay Area in the 1997-1998 General Appropriations Act which are
20 unexpended on June 30, 1998, are reappropriated for fiscal
21 year 1998-1999 to the Tampa Port Authority. The proviso
22 language following Specific Appropriation 1355A shall be met
23 before distribution of these reappropriated funds.
