14         On page 104, between lines 11 and 12, of the amendment

16  insert:

17         Section 57.  Funds provided in Specific Appropriation

18  1739 for International Representation and Advocacy in the

19  1998-99 General Appropriations Act shall be used by the Office

20  of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to fund trade

21  advocacy activities with Florida's strategic trading partners

22  located in the Western Hemisphere.
