13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 58, between lines 17 and 18,

16  insert:

17         Section 37.  A total of $1.9 million is appropriated

18  from the Employment Security Administration Trust Fund to

19  establish a life preparation program with the National Guard

20  for children of WAGES participants and economically

21  disadvantaged youths in concert with neighborhood

22  revitalization efforts.
