  2         An act relating to Hillsborough County;

  3         authorizing the Division of Alcoholic Beverages

  4         and Tobacco of the Department of Business and

  5         Professional Regulation to issue an alcoholic

  6         beverage license to La Sociedad La Union

  7         Marti-Maceo, Inc., for use at its present

  8         location only; providing for payment of the

  9         license fee; providing that license is not

10         transferable; providing for sale of beverages

11         for consumption on the premises and prohibiting

12         sales for consumption off the premises;

13         providing an effective date.

15  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

16

17         Section 1.  The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and

18  Tobacco of the Department of Business and Professional

19  Regulation is authorized, upon application, to issue an

20  alcoholic beverage license in accordance with section 561.17,

21  Florida Statutes, to La Sociedad La Union Marti-Maceo, Inc., a

22  corporation not for profit, located at 1226 Seventh Avenue,

23  Tampa, Florida, for use by the corporation on its premises.

24  The corporation shall pay the applicable license fee provided

25  in section 565.02, Florida Statutes. The license is not

26  transferable.

27         Section 2.  Alcoholic beverages may be sold by the

28  licensee for consumption on the premises of La Sociedad La

29  Union Marti-Maceo. Any license issued under this act must not

30  permit the sale of alcoholic beverages in sealed containers
