  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Hillsborough County;

  3         authorizing the Division of Alcoholic Beverages

  4         and Tobacco of the Department of Business and

  5         Professional Regulation to issue an alcoholic

  6         beverage license to the Italian Club of Tampa,

  7         Inc., for use at its present location only;

  8         providing for payment of the license fee;

  9         providing that license is not transferable;

10         providing for sale of beverages for consumption

11         on the premises and prohibiting sales for

12         consumption off the premises; providing an

13         effective date.

15  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

17         Section 1.  The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and

18  Tobacco of the Department of Business and Professional

19  Regulation is authorized, upon application, to issue an

20  alcoholic beverage license in accordance with section 561.17,

21  Florida Statutes, to the Italian Club of Tampa, Inc., a

22  corporation not for profit, located at 1731 East Seventh

23  Avenue, Tampa, Florida, for use by the corporation on its

24  premises. The corporation shall pay the applicable license fee

25  provided in section 565.02, Florida Statutes. The license is

26  not transferable.

27         Section 2.  Alcoholic beverages may be sold by the

28  licensee for consumption on the premises of the Italian Club.

29  Any license issued under this act must not permit the sale of

30  alcoholic beverages in sealed containers for consumption off

31  the premises of the Italian Club.

  1         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a
