13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 5, lines 6 and 7, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  coverage to 31 days per year, which may be

17  applied as up to 62 days of partial hospitalization, and may

18  limit outpatient coverage to 40 visits per year with a

19  licensed physician, psychologist licensed under chapter 490,

20  mental health counselor licensed under chapter 491, marriage

21  and family therapist licensed under chapter 491, or clinical

22  social worker licensed under chapter 491, or any combination

23  of such providers.
