  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the West Parkland Water

  3         Management District, Broward County; repealing

  4         chapter 75-353, Laws of Florida, which creates

  5         the West Parkland Water Management District, to

  6         abolish the West Parkland Water Management

  7         District; transferring all obligations and

  8         assets to the City of Parkland; providing an

  9         effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13         Section 1.  Chapter 75-353, Laws of Florida, is hereby

14  repealed. The West Parkland Water Management District is

15  hereby declared abolished, void, and of no force and effect as

16  a legal entity in the State of Florida.

17         Section 2.  All obligations and assets of the district

18  are transferred to the City of Parkland.

19         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
