15 On page 6, between lines 9 and 10,

17 insert:
18 Section 7. From the funds appropriated in Specific
19 Appropriations 361, Grants and Aid - Community Substance Abuse
20 Services, and 1892, Grants and Aid - WAGES Coalitions, the
21 Department of Children and Family Services and the WAGES
22 Program State Board of Directors, in consultation with the
23 Department of Labor and Employment Security, shall provide a
24 substance abuse treatment program for a person who fails a
25 drug test conducted under this act and is eligible to receive
26 temporary assistance or services under the WAGES Program. The
27 Department of Children and Family Services shall provide for a
28 retest at the end of the treatment period. Failure to pass the
29 retest will result in the termination of temporary assistance
30 or services provided under chapter 414, Florida Statutes, and
31 of any right to appeal the termination. Implementation of this
