  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Monroe County; amending ch.

  3         97-345, Laws of Florida; correcting a

  4         scrivener's error; repealing ch. 89-410, Laws

  5         of Florida, and ch. 89-461, Laws of Florida,

  6         relating to the classified service of the

  7         sheriff's office; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Section 2 of chapter 97-345, Laws of

12  Florida, is amended to read:

13         Section 2.  Chapters 89-410 89 4-9 and 89-461 89-460,

14  Laws of Florida, are repealed.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
