17  insert:

18         (4)  A manufacturer of repair parts who enters into a

19  contract with a distributer may not coerce or attempt to

20  coerce a distributer into a refusal to purchase automotive

21  repair parts or equipment from another manufacturer. A

22  manufacturer and distributer may enter into an exclusive

23  contract. Negotiating an exclusive contract shall not be

24  considered coercion.
