  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to regulation of trade and

  3         commerce; repealing s. 559.04, F.S., relating

  4         to requirements of trading stamp companies

  5         prior to distribution of trading stamps;

  6         repealing s. 559.05, F.S., relating to required

  7         notice of intention to suspend or cease

  8         redemption of trading stamps; providing an

  9         effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13         Section 1.  Sections 559.04 and 559.05, Florida

14  Statutes, are hereby repealed.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
