13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 9, between lines 21 and 22,

16  insert:

17         Section 8.  The proviso language in specific

18  appropriation 1247 of the Conference Report on House Bill 4201

19  is deleted. If either CS/HB3111 or CS/SB2204, which

20  reauthorize the Community Development Corporation Support and

21  Assistance Program, do not become law, the Governor must place

22  appropriation 1247 in reserve.
