15         On page 1, lines 21-25, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  electrocution. If electrocution is held to be

18  unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court or if the

19  United States Supreme Court declines to review any such

20  judgment made by the Florida Supreme Court or the United

21  States Court of Appeals that has jurisdiction over Florida,

22  all persons sentenced to death for a capital crime shall be

23  executed by lethal injection. The superintendent
