11  Senators Jones and Klein moved the following amendment to

12  amendment (780792):

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 5-13, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  Wilbert Lee the amount of $1 million each. The

18  determination of the administrative law judge shall be

19  reported to the President of the Florida Senate and the

20  Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives no later than

21  August 1, 1998. The Comptroller is authorized to draw a

22  warrant in satisfaction of the relief awarded by the

23  administrative law judge as provided in this act, and the

24  State Treasurer is directed to pay the same out of funds

25  appropriated in section 3 of this act.

26         Section 3.  The amount of $2.5 million is hereby
