14 On page 1, between lines 22 and 23,

16 insert:
17 Section 2. Paragraph (g) of subsection (4) of section
18 240.319, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 240.319 Community college district boards of trustees;
20 duties and powers.--
21 (4) Such rules, procedures, and policies for the
22 boards of trustees include, but are not limited to, the
23 following:
24 (g) Notwithstanding s. 215.322, each board of trustees
25 is authorized to enter into agreements for, and accept, credit
26 card payments as compensation for goods, services, tuition,
27 and fees, without collecting a service fee or surcharge. Each
28 community college is further authorized to establish accounts
29 in credit card banks for the deposit of credit card sales
30 invoices.
