14 On page 4, between lines 9 and 10,

16 insert:
17 Section 4. In recognition of the circumstances that
18 the Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission can no longer utilize
19 its property at 551 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach, the
20 commission is directed to transfer its ownership interest in
21 the land and facilities at this site to the County of Palm
22 Beach. Transfer of ownership is contingent upon the commission
23 making a determination that the transfer will not result in an
24 ineligibility for future federal funds from the U.S.
25 Department of Interior since federal funds have been used to
26 construct facilities at this location.
