13         Senate Amendment 

14         In title, on page 3, line 10, delete the words "NOW,

15  THEREFORE,"

17  and insert:  and,

18         WHEREAS, Richard G. Skinner, Jr., M.D., dedicated 48

19  years of his life to serving children who have chronic

20  diseases and multihandicapping conditions, and

21         WHEREAS, Richard G. Skinner, Jr., M.D., served a vital

22  role in developing Florida's Children's Medical Services

23  programs as Medical Director of Children's Medical Services,

24  District IV, from 1965 until 1990, and

25         WHEREAS, Richard G. Skinner, Jr., M.D., served children

26  with special needs through his life of work in medicine and in

27  the community, NOW, THEREFORE,
