11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 133, line 30, after the period

15

16  insert:  An amount from the Insurance Commissioner's

17  Regulatory Trust Fund, in addition to the assessments

18  authorized in s. 185.08, will be distributed to each

19  municipality or fire control district upon request, to the

20  extent reasonably necessary to fund any actuarial deficiency

21  or unfunded liability arising from the implementation of this

22  act. Such request must be made in writing, no later than July

23  30 of each year, to the Division of Retirement.
