13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 4, between lines 9 and 10,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. The claimant and the claimant's attorney
18 shall make payment to the Florida Agency for Health Care
19 Administration the amount due under s. 409.910, Florida
20 Statutes, except that the amount due to the agency shall be
21 reduced by the agency's proportionate share of legal costs and
22 attorney's fees. However, the amount due to the Agency for
23 Health Care Administration shall be reduced by no more than 25
24 percent. The amount due to the agency shall be calculated
25 based on medical payments paid up to the date that this bill
26 becomes law.
